Lee
Company Director – Director and founder of Tree Technique in 2004.
Nick
Company Director, Arborist and machine operator – Nick has been with Tree Technique since 2018. As well as being an efficient tree climber he is also the company’s main machine operator. In 2023 Nick became a shareholder in the company.
Russ
Contract manager, Arborist and team leader – Russ has been with Tree Technique since 2018. Our contract manager provides project management, client liaison, resource planning, quality assurance and risk management, to name but a few roles.
Connor
Arborist and team leader – Connor started with Tree Technique in Autumn 2020. He came on as a junior apprentice and has worked his way up to leading a team. He has become one of the companies most efficient tree climbers.
Harry
Arborist and team leader – Harry started working with us in 2023. He is an accomplished lead climber and thoroughly enjoys his work.
Toby
Arborist and team leader – Joined us in 2024. A highly experienced Arborist with an excellent knowledge of trees and climbing.
Jack
Apprentice arborist – Jack started the two year apprenticeship scheme in September 2022. He is already proficient in tree climbing and a valuable member of the team.
Cory
Junior Arborist – Cory started with the company in 2023 after completing the Diploma in Arboriculture at Sparsholt College. He is learning on the job and showing great potential.
Matt
Arborist & Second Climber – Matt started with us at the start of 2024. He is well qualified and a valuable asset to the team.
Kit
Arborist & Second Climber – Kit has been with us since 2023. Hard working & proficient, a perfect addition to our team.
