Lee
Company Director – Director and founder of Tree Technique in 2004.
Nick
Company Director, Arborist and machine operator – Nick has been with Tree Technique since 2018. As well as being an efficient tree climber he is also the company’s main machine operator. In 2023 Nick became a shareholder in the company.
Russ
Contract manager, Arborist and team leader – Russ has been with Tree Technique since 2018. Our contract manager provides project management, client liaison, resource planning, quality assurance and risk management, to name but a few roles.
Connor
Arborist and Team Leader – Connor came on board as a junior apprentice and has worked his way up to leading a team. He has become one of the companies most efficient tree climbers.
Gerard
Arborist and Team Leader – Gerard is an experienced arborist and proven team leader, recognised for his ability to manage crews effectively, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high quality results across a range of tree care operations.
Jack
Arborist & Second Climber – Jack, our homegrown talent, started with our two-year apprenticeship scheme. He is proficient in tree climbing and a valuable member of the team.
Matt
Arborist & Second Climber – He is well qualified and a valuable asset to the team.
Joseph
Arborist & Second Climber, Joseph joined us after a career change and is well qualified and experienced in many aspects of arboriculture.
Cory
Junior Arborist – After completing the Diploma in Arboriculture at Sparsholt College, Cory is learning on the job and showing great potential.
Alfie
Apprentice – Alfie joined us in 2024 as our apprentice arborist whilst studying at Sparsholt College.
Austen
Junior arborist – Austen is studying at Sparsholt College for a level 1 arboriculture and forestry and completing a work placement with us. A hard worker and keen learner.
Ross
Working in our office, Ross supports with the day to day running of the business.
Graham
Our ground-based services specialist, Graham works on projects like young tree maintenance.
